“Give to the Lord the glory due to His name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.” Psalm 29:2

Our Sunday morning service (11.00am to 12.00pm)

We meet at 11am on a Sunday morning as our main weekly gathering of the church family, where we spend time in prayer, worship, hearing God’s word and responding to the teaching.

We pray for each person by name, and give special support to each of us. Prayer requests are often made and any specific prayer requests are always welcome. We are delighted to pray for any particular problems that may arise or to celebrate with you any significant achievements.

Our vision is to follow the Acts 1:14 model of the Disciples by “….join(ing) together constantly in prayer” for the purpose of drawing close to our God, seeking Him and His will and interceding for others. We believe that God chooses to move in response to our prayers. And we know, because His Word tells us in 1 Jonn 5:14-15, that He hears us when we pray.

Refreshments are  served after the service.

We take communion on the first Sunday of each month and invite you to join us for this meaningful memorial to our Lord’s sacrificial death and triumphant resurrection.

Jesus instituted  Communion on the night before the crucifixion, and instructed his followers to continue with the practice “in remembrance” of him, As the Bible says, “And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them saying, ‘This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me’.” In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you” (Luke 22:19-20).

Communion is also a time to look forward to Christ’s return.
